Our support services encompass technical troubleshooting, handling client inquiries, remote configurations, and guidance on applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Access, and SharePoint. ### Key Responsibilities
Conduct phone and video interviews to recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
Mentor a team of 5-10 sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide regular performance reports on sales and marketing efforts to senior management.

#### Sales Background
Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in IT or SaaS
Proven success in meeting sales targets
Proficiency with CRM software and Google Workspaces

Previous management experience is required
