### Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5-10 sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with our organizational objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular performance reports on sales and marketing to senior management.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.

## Work Environment:
  • Enjoy the flexibility of working from home—this is a 100% remote position.
## Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM ET.

## Requirements:
### Home Office Setup:
  • Private home office with a door for confidentiality.
  • High-speed, wired internet connection (Cable or Fiber Optic; no DSL or Dish).
  • Dual monitors.
  • Desktop PC (less than 5 years old) running Windows 10 or 11.
  • Active webcam.
### Sales Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within IT or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Workspaces.
### Management Experience:
  • Prior management experience, including hiring and termination processes.
