The Role
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans aimed at exceeding revenue and retention goals across North America for our disruptive data solutions.
You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Market Strategists, and Product Marketing teams in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business environment.
What You'll Do
Develop and implement demand generation and field marketing strategies to support revenue objectives, focusing on both existing customer engagement and new customer acquisition.
Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns including demand generation, customer education, field events, webinars, digital initiatives, and PR activities.
Innovate and propose new campaign ideas to penetrate competitive markets effectively.
Craft compelling campaign content (e.g., emails, landing pages, social media posts) that drives engagement and conversions.
Partner with Sales to create account-specific marketing plans for strategic accounts.
Navigate complex buying processes in the pharma/life sciences sector involving multiple stakeholders.
Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure flawless execution of marketing programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver effective go-to-market strategies.
Track, analyze, and optimize marketing program performance against objectives and budget.
Requirements5 years of experience in demand generation or field marketing within B2B enterprise software or cloud-based solutions.
Proven ability to translate vision into strategy and execute marketing plans.
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation systems.
Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, including copywriting for various marketing channels.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to Have
Experience with Salesforce and Pardot.
Familiarity with account-based marketing strategies.
Background in customer retention and upsell campaigns.
Knowledge of the life sciences industry.
