SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives for our High Tech team. The primary goal is to foster growth and expand accounts through effective campaign execution and a deep understanding of industry trends and sales priorities.
ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, with a focus on account-based marketing strategies, to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
Identify innovative tactics to engage with different personas, including users, managers, and executives.
Nurture existing leads throughout the customer journey using digital content, events, and other targeted marketing methods.
Relationship BuildingCultivate long-term relationships with the sales team, collaborating on strategic initiatives for account growth and expansion.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, corporate marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and strategy.
Budget ManagementEfficiently create and manage marketing program budgets, allocating resources for maximum impact.
Evaluate the impact and ROI of campaigns to determine success and forecast potential future investments.
Program ManagementLead the planning, organization, and execution of campaigns from start to finish.
Coordinate and execute events such as trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Provide stakeholder mapping via account intelligence and execute executive event experiences to build and advance relationships.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B and/or Account-based marketing, preferably within the software, hardware, or high-tech industry.
Proven ability to collaborate successfully with a sales organization.
Demonstrated success in executing various marketing programs, including targeted direct mail and email, field events, social media, and executive engagements.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, reporting, and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and a focus on the quality of deliverables.
Preferred QualificationsMBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Experience In B2B And B2C Demand Generation Environments Preferred.Ability to travel up to 25%.
Ability to build trust through performance and relationship-building.
Previous experience in a technical business setting with engineers or in engineering simulation is advantageous.
