Field Marketing Specialist
Are you a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for marketing? Join our dynamic team as a Field Marketing Specialist! This role is key in driving our event strategy and ensuring the successful execution of all field marketing activities. If you're detail-oriented, excel in fast-paced environments, and love engaging with people, we want to hear from you.
In this new role within a newly established department, you'll need to be flexible, entrepreneurial, self-starting, and committed to continuous improvement. We value a "no job is too small" attitude.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Attendance and Lead Capture:
Attend all scheduled events and trade shows.
Capture leads through engaging conversations and effective use of lead capture tools.
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to our booth.
Lead NurturingCreate and execute lead nurturing campaigns for event leads.
Ensure timely follow-up and communication to convert leads into potential customers.
Booth ManagementManage booth setup, including displays, brochures, and promotional materials.
Identify and manage opportunities for booth lead magnets and handouts to attract and engage visitors.
Event Strategy And ExecutionAssist in developing and refining the annual event strategy.
Analyze event performance and provide insights to improve future events.
Handle all event logistics, including staffing, shipping, setup, and teardown.
ROI ReportingTrack and report on event performance metrics and ROI.
Provide detailed post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.
Logistics CoordinationCoordinate logistics for events, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and team scheduling.
Ensure timely shipping and receipt of all resources and address any logistical issues.

SkillsMinimum Requirements:
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with event attendees.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Willingness to travel frequently (up to 40%) and work flexible hours as required by event schedules.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Education And ExperienceBA/BS in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event planning, or a similar role.
Field marketing experience in K-12, EdTech, and/or SaaS products is a plus.
Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tactics to promote events.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment and collaboration.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing email nurture campaigns.
Experience in developing and implementing event and tradeshow processes and best practices.
Familiarity with frameworks like OKRs, KPIs, RACI, SMART, and SWOT for decision-making and goal setting is a plus.
