About YouYou've led marketing teams in B2B SaaS companies and possess a unique blend of PLG and Sales-led growth demand generation expertise. You know the SaaS funnel but you also love setting a vision and selling alongside the field. Aside from core responsibilities, you are a team player and the team you manage feels like they can deliver the best work of their lives under your leadership.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll do
Accountable for overall Net new customer, PEU, MAU, Pipeline, MRR OKRs for the Market you serve.
Develop a comprehensive market demand strategy that encompasses campaign investment and channel mix to effectively generate new and expansion revenue across the market.
Lead a team of lifecycle and campaign marketers focusing on multi-channel campaign execution to drive pipeline and revenue impact.
Enhance the marketing campaign management function by actively engaging in execution, while also providing guidance and support to the team to improve efficiency across multiple channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop a comprehensive approach toward strategy, targeting, lead follow-up, and conversion.
Collaborate with the marketing operations and analytics team to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring campaign and market performance on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis. Regularly refine strategies based on initial successes and obstacles, make necessary adjustments as needed, and optimize for the best results.
Recommend new systems and processes to track & monitor campaign performance and influence on revenue .
Scale and maintain an optimal team structure, knowing when to bring expertise in-house vs outsourcing critical skills.
QualificationsYour background
10-15 years of marketing experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS experience preferred) with a strong, demonstrable focus on pipeline growth and high-quality execution.
Proven success in building, developing, and leading growth and demand generation teams.
Identify and solve business problems with an inquisitive mindset, looking to question assumptions, and bringing creativity to drive business value.
Demonstrate strong influencing ability and presence with the Executive Leadership team.
Have the communication skills to convey complex ideas with clarity, confidence, and authority.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment.

CompensationPassionate about providing exceptional prospect and customer experiences.
At our company, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.
RoleIn the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $199,200 - $265,600
Zone B: $179,300 - $239,100
Zone C: $165,400 - $220,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
