Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing meaningful connections with both existing and potential customers. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, promoting home protection plans, and coordinating on-demand repairs and maintenance.

ResponsibilitiesProvide Exceptional Customer Service: Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries regarding relocations, utility services, and billing matters.
Recommend and Sell Solutions: Promote cost-effective residential solutions such as water, electric, and sewer protection plans.
Problem-Solving: Work closely with customers to identify the best solutions for their needs.
