You'll connect with new clients, offer tailored insurance policies, and provide exceptional service to ensure both new and existing clients are well-supported. Your role is crucial in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting the best insurance options available.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and follow up on leads provided by the company.
Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking and referrals.
Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and ensure ongoing engagement.
Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies.
Deliver compelling product presentations, highlighting the benefits and features of different insurance policies.
Prepare and present customized insurance quotes to clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions to successfully close sales.
QualificationsMinimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience with Life & Health License is a plus but not required
SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
