Title: Learning and Development Instructional Design Senior Associate Location: 100% Remote Travel: Light travel possible for trainings Duration: Initial contract of 3-4 months with potential for extension Team: Learning & Organizational Effectiveness SummaryThe Learning and Development Instructional Design Senior Associate collaborates across functional teams to create a user-friendly learner journey map ("Curriculum Roadmap"). This map illustrates the professional development path from Associate to Partner/Principal, aligning skills and competencies with our firm's strategic goals. ResponsibilitiesDesign a client-centric content architecture to enhance the user experience of the Curriculum Roadmap. Define and map a firmwide skills framework, starting with core technical skills for each service line and level. Inventory and tag existing learning content, including curated pathways and milestone programs. Conduct content and skills gap analyses, reporting findings to the business learning team. Assist with other project-related tasks to ensure successful project completion. Required SkillsInstructional Design expertise Needs analysis and project management skills Journey and curriculum mapping experience Content inventory and architecture capabilities Skill and competency mapping, tagging, and gap analysis proficiency Strong executive presence and consultative abilities Excellent communication, time management, and self-direction skills Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree and at least 7 years of progressive experience in design, development, and project management, preferably within a professional services environment Proven track record in creating interactive, experiential learning solutions across various platforms Understanding of professional service firms and their operational dynamics Consultative skills to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders Solid foundation in adult learning theory and instructional systems design Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Storyline, Captivate) Portfolio showcasing instructional design work and learning materials Interview ProcessSkill-based interview Behavioral-based interview Required Skills: Learning Management Systems, E-Learning, Instructional Design Additional Skills: E-Learning Developer, E-Learning Designer Employment Type: Full-Time
