Basic RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
- A cell phone and a computer or laptop with a camera (Windows operating system).
- High-speed internet access to support video conferencing.
- Familiarity with the Zoom platform.
- Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License (out-of-pocket fees apply if offered the position).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and demonstrate effective negotiation abilities.
- High School Diploma or GED and successful background check.
- Assist clients via phone and Zoom, helping them understand and enroll in their benefit options.
- Work on a commission-only basis, offering a weekly income structure with the potential for bonuses.
- Focus on providing life insurance and related benefits.
- Use a needs-based benefit analysis to guide clients through their options and complete applications.
- Engage primarily in appointment-based work, offering a structured approach to client interaction.
