As a Marketing Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in amplifying our message across various platforms.
Who You ArePossess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Have three (3) to five (5) years of experience in B2B marketing, with a preference for experience in IT services, technology, or software industries.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities, committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaborative team player who is eager to learn and contribute.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and persuasive marketing content for diverse audiences and channels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.
Customer-focused mindset, proactive, and resourceful in approach.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and messaging.
Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, infographics, videos, etc.
Manage external vendors and optimize digital marketing channels to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Align marketing efforts with business goals, supporting lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and KPIs to optimize marketing efforts.
Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Handle administrative tasks as needed.
