Your Role In Our TriumphAs the Marketing Communications Manager, you'll spearhead the development and execution of marketing communication strategies aimed at expanding our customer base and effectively promoting our energy conservation programs. Collaborating closely with business development, customer service, and operations teams, you'll drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives. Additionally, you'll serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. Your expertise will be pivotal in becoming a trusted authority on our brands and services, ensuring effective dissemination of public awareness messages, and streamlining company-wide communication efforts. Moreover, you'll champion community affairs sponsorships for assigned territories and brands.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive marketing communications plans aligned with department objectives.
Analyze campaign performance regularly and present findings to leadership.
Stay abreast of market trends and communication techniques to innovate sales strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams or projects with autonomy and guidance from leadership.
Oversee Mandatory Messaging Campaigns and ensure compliance.
Maintain meticulous records and ensure regulatory compliance.
QualificationsThree to five years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proficiency in CRM and Marketing Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
Exceptional time and project management skills.
Proactive with high initiative.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and public speaking skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Work EnvironmentThis position offers a remote work arrangement with occasional travel required for meetings, trainings, and events. Availability for issues management and crisis communications may be needed 24/7.
