ResponsibilitiesLead the development of tailored marketing plans for one of our company's divisions and its existing products/services.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify industry trends and insights, shaping effective, on-brand marketing strategies.
Formulate marketing approaches that drive year-round business growth across all divisions and channels.
Establish both short- and long-term marketing objectives, aligning them with company and divisional goals.
Collaborate closely with our President to innovate and refine marketing strategies, enhancing our brand and optimizing marketing operations.
Efficiently manage all marketing projects from conception to execution.
Qualifications & ExperienceProven track record in developing and executing marketing plans within the B2B sector.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in CPG or Food Service marketing.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously, delivering results efficiently and effectively.
Background in marketing or public relations is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field is desirable.
Nice To HaveFamiliarity with food allergies is a plus.
