About The RoleOur company is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a detail-oriented, high-output Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in achieving our customer acquisition goals by creating, managing, and measuring new top-of-funnel programs, including email partnerships, paid advertising, and social media and content marketing. This role presents an ideal opportunity for early-career marketing professionals who are looking to expand their skills in growth, user acquisition, and digital marketing channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Growth team to plan, execute, and track marketing programs across various channels.
Coordinate customer acquisition, product marketing, or content email campaigns, including copywriting, scheduling, testing, and database management.
Ensure consistent voice across marketing channels by creating, proofreading, and editing copy for email, social media, and paid advertising.
Assist in the development and management of content and social media marketing programs, including LinkedIn, influencer, and PR efforts.
Evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and generating reports.
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs.
About YouYou will excel as a Marketing Coordinator if you possess:
A background in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing/growth.
Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with exceptional execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
Familiarity with various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing.
Experience with email marketing software and online advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Demonstrated success in implementing online marketing programs.
A passion for community-based products and experiences, with a natural ability to connect with others.
