OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to provide leadership and oversee direct response advertising and promotion activities aimed at generating sales-qualified leads and driving sales growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the conception, development, and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans.
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns.
Maintain and enhance a successful brand image among target audiences.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, strategies, and competitive landscape.
Analyze sales data to optimize future marketing activities.
Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to make high-level decisions regarding budgeting and strategic direction.
Manage and mentor various members of the marketing department, including copywriters, graphic designers, and analysts.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure internal efficiencies and synergy.
Act as the primary liaison with marketing vendors.
Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Use of Technology: Adapts to new technologies, demonstrates required technical skills, keeps technical skills up to date, troubleshoots technological problems, and uses technology to increase productivity.
Work Environment: Capable of working in a remote and autonomous environment, free of distractions, and providing a space to conduct business confidentially. Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the team in a remote setting.
