Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to join our team and drive growth for our digital storefront. As the lead copywriter for our marketing efforts, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content across various channels. This opportunity is perfect for a motivated writer with a deep understanding of gaming and experience in distributing copy across platforms like email, paid advertising, and websites. In addition to overseeing all copywriting needs for product launches and marketing campaigns, you will supervise a freelance copywriter to ensure high-quality output.

Job DutiesUtilize your passion for gaming and writing to empower our marketing team in achieving their growth objectives through engaging content.
Maintain a cohesive vision for tone and voice across all business channels.
Collaborate with marketing managers, design teams, and partners to translate creative briefs into compelling assets and comprehensive campaigns.
Innovate and experiment with copywriting strategies to resonate with our core audience and drive engagement on platforms such as email, social media, blogs, and advertisements.
Leverage business development insights and SEO strategies to craft targeted messaging that enhances conversion rates.
Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into our marketing efforts.
Ensure consistent communication updates across departments and with external collaborators.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize copy to maximize conversion rates across all channels.
Job Qualifications4 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or ecommerce marketing.
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples across multiple channels.
A degree in writing, English, journalism, communications, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple tasks of varying complexity and urgency.
Proven success in collaborating across teams with diverse expertise.
Proficiency with Google Docs; experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
