Summary and Role Purpose
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating various marketing projects from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on executing our major marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns, initiatives, and strategies within set timelines and budgets. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Project PlanningDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and dependencies for our marketing campaigns, and report on results.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Execute end-to-end campaign operations, ensuring all components are flawlessly implemented.
Guide global and local teams to design, build, activate, and measure marketing campaigns.
Work closely with marketing, design, content, and analytics teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
Foster effective communication channels to ensure smooth collaboration across departments.
Resource Allocation:
Manage resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Allocate tasks, track progress, and proactively identify and address any potential roadblocks or resource constraints.
Risk ManagementIdentify potential risks and challenges associated with marketing projects and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Anticipate and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and objectives.
Process OptimizationMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure process efficiency improvements.
Standardize and document operations processes to enhance team efficiency and ensure best practices across the marketing organization.
Maintain and optimize the integrated marketing calendar.
Identify opportunities for automation to streamline repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and technologies.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements And ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3 years of experience in campaign management, project management, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Agency experience is a plus.
