As a Specialist 4 in Marketing, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and collaborate closely with our retail marketing team, account management, finance, data analysts, compliance, and brand marketing teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination: Support and coordinate integrated retail marketing programs and campaigns, including creating project briefs, prioritizing and executing projects, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Marketing Strategy Execution: Interpret marketing strategies and plans, turning them into actionable campaigns.
Project Management: Oversee the daily marketing project management process, including project kick-off, budget planning, vendor management, creative briefs, stakeholder approvals, and campaign performance tracking.
Stakeholder Communication: Ensure timely and effective resolution of marketing issues, keeping all internal and external stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Collaboration: Partner with brand and digital marketing teams to develop new retail market ideas, promotional materials, and product messaging.
Financial Coordination: Work closely with the finance team to create campaign KPIs and ROI projections, and with the data analytics team to gather and interpret market and customer data.
Vendor Management: Manage multiple vendor, supplier, and other external resource relationships.
Material Production: Oversee the production and updates of all major marketing materials.
Compliance: Facilitate content approval submissions and feedback with the Compliance team and, when necessary, Legal.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as needed.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Relevant Marketing Communications Experience.Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
High attention to detail and professionalism in managing projects and programs.
Knowledge of marketing principles and practices; familiarity with the banking or money movement industry is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Google Platform.
Experience with Jira project management system and Oracle procurement is a plus.
High energy and initiative, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Exceptionally positive attitude and a desire to be part of a company culture driven by empowerment, support, and collaboration.

Compensation: The targeted base salary for this position is $42,900 to $65,600 per year. Final compensation will be determined by various factors, including qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
