Job Title: Media Buyer (Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads)
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: United States, Remote (Eastern, Pacific, or Mountain Time)
Restriction: Candidates must reside in the United States
Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 Annually Benefits
About UsWe are a fast-growing digital marketing and lead generation agency looking for a talented Media Buyer with expertise in Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to join our dynamic team.
Our focus is on creating effective local Social Media Lead Generation campaigns for small businesses. We pride ourselves on our personalized onboarding process and work closely with clients to ensure their long-term success. Our unique marketing approach consistently delivers results, keeping our clients' sales pipelines full month after month.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
Assist in managing and expanding our Google Ads services.
Regularly identify new opportunities to increase client conversions.
Conduct audience research, build audiences, and create ads.
Audit and optimize new and existing ad campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget spend, timelines, cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), return on investment (ROI), and return on ad spend (ROAS)—both short- and long-term.
Update clients via weekly emails, calls, and reports on the current status of their accounts, successes, and future strategies. Respond promptly to all communications.
Participate in all team meetings.
Handle daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Manage the performance reporting process, communicating results with the Marketing Manager as needed.
Organize hypotheses and recommendations and share them with the internal team confidently.
Maintain professional and consistent communication with clients and franchise partners.
Ensure a positive ROI and meet all KPIs for client accounts.
Prepare and present relevant KPIs in monthly franchise partner meetings.
Learn and understand our campaign launch process to ensure proper execution, management of client accounts, and ongoing optimization.
Provide client support with minimal oversight from management.
Complete all tasks accurately and on time with minimal support.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, maintaining professionalism and conciseness.
Requirements3 years of experience and knowledge of online marketing strategies.
Minimum 2 years of mastery in Facebook/Instagram Ads.
2 years of Google Ads experience.
Knowledge of split testing practices.
Ability to have a full funnel view while managing campaign details.
A die-hard commitment to achieving results.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to mine data to inform decision-making.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced agency environment where testing and data are key.
Flexible with weekly schedules, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent organization and time management skills to complete tasks on time.
Ability to communicate clearly and calmly with clients via phone, email, and Zoom/Google Meet.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Facebook policies, strategies, trends, design tools, and applications.
Ready and willing to dedicate time to an amazing team with amazing clients.
PreferredExperience running local lead generation campaigns in the fitness and wellness industry.
Benefits$250/month for health benefits/health-related services (health benefits available by Q3).
