We are seeking a motivated, commission-only Ad Sales Professional to join our remote team. Following a probationary period, a salaried position will be offered.

Who We're Looking ForIf you have established relationships with agencies/brands and a background in advertising sales, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.
ResponsibilitiesSales Activities:
Engage in outbound phone, email, and social media prospecting.
Customize and enhance sales scripts based on previous success.
Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and texts to advance and close sales opportunities.
Nurture client relationships to prevent churn and identify cross-selling opportunities when new ad markets launch.
Seek referrals from clients to other corporate or organizational contacts.
Operational ActivitiesRespond to RFPs efficiently.
Handle all aspects of insertion orders.
Manage customer relationships post-sale.
Keep accurate records and notes in CRM and prospect spreadsheets.
Skills & RequirementsMinimum of 3 years in advertising sales or a similar digital services sales role.
Experience in media buying and selling, preferably mobile-targeted advertising.
Strong knowledge of the digital media landscape.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and remote communication software (Google Meet, Slack, etc.).
CompensationCommission-Based: Earn performance-based commissions on 100% of revenue generated from sales.
Rate Determination: Commission rate will be based on experience.
