OverviewWe're on the lookout for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Account Executive to join our sales team. If you have a hunter mentality and are eager to drive sales growth, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Your main focus will be generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and contributing to our sales success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales leads through high-volume calling and other prospecting activities.
  • Identify and qualify potential customers from various sources through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and more.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads using effective lead generation techniques.
  • Engage with prospects, nurturing relationships and converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and performance.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to management.
  • Manage the full sales cycle with expertise.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed.
Compensation$60k base salary monthly commission bonus
Requirements
  • 1 years of experience in outbound sales or related operations roles.
  • High volume calling experience—200 calls per day.
  • Proven success in outbound sales, lead generation, and business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and ZoomInfo.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce market trends and customer needs.
