Location: This is a 100% remote, field sales opportunity in the Miami, FL area. Candidates MUST live locally or be willing to relocate.

Job OverviewAs an outside Account Executive, you will drive the growth of the company while building your own career with a lifetime of rewards. Join Our Team
ResponsibilitiesSource new clients through cold calling (door knocks) and social media prospecting to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects throughout the assigned geography, set up in-person meetings with decision-makers to discuss products/services, and move the sales process forward.
Maintain a positive attitude to generate great first impressions and sustain active engagement with new and existing leads. Build relationships by interacting with prospective clients.
Meet weekly and monthly sales objectives (cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closed deals).
Collaborate with account managers and internal revenue operations to ensure individual and company goals are met.
Manage all sales activity and follow up in our CRM system (Salesforce).
RequirementsConduct 25-30 door pulls daily and have a structured methodology for acquiring new business, territory planning, and pipeline management.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience; experience cold-calling businesses needing financial and marketing services products is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment.
Proven experience in growing new business with a hunter mentality; persistent and self-motivated to drive business in a remote outside sales environment.
Strong financial acumen and ability to confidently discuss fees, acceptance, and finances.
Excellent verbal, active listening, and written communication skills, including the confidence to interact and lead presentations with prospective clients.
Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. High school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience; or Associate's degree with 4 years of related experience required.
Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
