Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist
Location: Remote (Anywhere in the United States except Hawaii or United States Territories)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to our B2B objectives, driving lead generation and enhancing brand awareness. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home.
ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative paid media strategies aligned with B2B goals.
Platform Management: Oversee and optimize campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter.
Ad Creation: Work collaboratively with creative teams to develop captivating ad copy, designs, and formats that resonate with our B2B audience.
Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced audience segmentation techniques to deliver tailored messages to specific B2B customer segments.
Budget Analysis: Evaluate media spend across campaigns, ads, and keywords, providing optimization recommendations to maximize ROI.
A/B Testing: Conduct thorough A/B tests on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to optimize click-through and conversion rates.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics, extracting actionable insights to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on paid media campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure all ad campaigns adhere to relevant advertising regulations and industry best practices.
Emerging Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging ad technologies to identify new growth opportunities and drive innovation.
Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Supervision: This position does not involve direct supervision.
RelationshipsInternal: Collaborate closely with digital content creators, marketing operations, IT, and other stakeholders to implement and optimize campaign strategies.
External: Manage external agencies for ad hoc omnichannel media campaigns.
Minimum Qualifications3 years of hands-on experience in executing digital ad campaigns across various platforms.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter).
Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
Understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices preferred.
EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certifications/TrainingCertifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, etc.) are a plus.
