Role OverviewAs a Paid Social Strategist, you'll play a key role in planning, managing, optimizing, and reporting on social media advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Working closely with our media and analytics teams, you'll ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly and aligned with client objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Strategy & Planning: Lead the research, strategy, and planning of social media ad campaigns, collaborating closely with internal and client teams to deliver compelling campaigns that drive results.
Technical Expertise & Campaign Management: Utilize your expertise in social media advertising tools and platforms to execute campaigns from inception to optimization, ensuring accuracy, client safety, and performance.
Reporting & Measurement: Evaluate campaign effectiveness through detailed performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
Team Management & Mentorship: Play a pivotal role in onboarding and mentoring Assistant team members, ensuring their success and professional development.
General Skills And QualificationsStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic Excel formulas and fluency with numbers.
