OverviewWe are currently seeking a talented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Innovations team, the Product Manager will oversee our emerging human performance product line. This role entails guiding product strategy, collaborating across functions within the organization, and ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in product development, go-to-market strategies, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful product launches.
Location: This position is fully remote with occasional travel required within the continental US to customer sites.
ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning: Develop and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging for both government and commercial sectors.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute effective go-to-market plans for new product launches, coordinating efforts across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools and training programs that effectively communicate product value propositions to clients.
Customer Advocacy: Cultivate customer advocates, gather testimonials, and drive success stories to showcase the impact of our solutions.
Product Education: Educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits, advocating for our product's use cases and applications.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
Collateral Development: Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as product guides, case studies, and presentations to support sales efforts.
QualificationsExperience: Minimum of eight (8) years in product marketing roles, with a focus on mobile and B2B technology, preferably in government and/or commercial sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of federal and commercial sector business practices; familiarity with mobile app development or wearable technology is preferred.
Customer Engagement: Proven experience engaging with customers to ensure product success.
Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic product marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical features and customer benefits effectively.
