Our flagship product, Mapper, leverages AI to analyze user interactions and generate automation blueprints, empowering RPA teams to streamline tasks like data entry and form completion. Alongside Mapper, we've developed Miner, enabling enterprises to pinpoint and prioritize automation opportunities.
Your Role
As the founding Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and our Go-To-Market team to drive awareness, demand generation, and adoption. Your primary focus will be amplifying our brand narrative, ensuring that our value propositions resonate with enterprise buyers, and keeping our sales materials current. Your efforts will be pivotal in ensuring that both existing and prospective customers grasp the potential of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute GTM strategies for new product launches and feature updates, targeting growth within key industry verticals.
Refine target personas by understanding critical roles, pain points, use cases, and value propositions across the buyer journey.
Create compelling product content tailored for technical and business audiences, including web copy, blogs, newsletters, events, and webinars.
Produce sales collateral such as presentations, case studies, testimonials, and whitepapers to support pipeline growth and facilitate sales closures.
Collaborate closely with Engineering to translate technical product details into compelling narratives.
Work with Sales and Product teams to refine positioning strategies, staying responsive to market dynamics and competitive shifts.
Act as a subject matter expert for Mimica during industry events, press interactions, and analyst engagements.
RequirementsProven experience leading end-to-end marketing programs, including persona development, messaging, and value proposition evolution.
Familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS sales cycles and buyer journeys, informing strategic product marketing initiatives.
Strong writing skills with a knack for creating engaging content and storytelling.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and drive data-informed decisions.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on leveraging field feedback and trial outcomes to refine strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders across organizational levels.
Ability to operate strategically and tactically, engaging in both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
Bonus Points
Knowledge of automation, RPA, process mining, AI, or related markets.
Experience launching B2B products in new markets or verticals.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, delivering impactful results with limited resources.
Location
This is a fully remote position, open to candidates based anywhere in the USA, preferably on the East Coast.
