Key Responsibilities
Task and Story Creation: Develop tasks and user stories for our development team.
Project Management: Maintain and update our project management platform, ensuring reports are accurate and up-to-date.
Time Tracking: Keep precise records of billable and non-billable hours spent on projects.
Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients, attend meetings, and present completed work for feedback.
Project Planning: Create comprehensive client-facing project plans.
Risk Management: Identify project risks and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to deliver projects on time, balancing high-visibility and enterprise-grade projects with smaller, ongoing retainers.
Support Collaboration: Work with support teams to ensure ticket completion and quality.
Scoping and Documentation: Scope new projects and create statements of work for client decision-makers.
What We're Looking For
Experience: At least 2 years of project management experience in a SaaS or fast-paced environment, with additional experience in the CMS industry being a plus.
Client Interaction: Proven experience working directly with clients in support, customer success, or other client-facing roles.
Documentation Skills: Demonstrated ability to create client-facing documentation, including project plans and deliverables.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Self-Starter: Strong initiative and ownership qualities with a creative mindset.
Additional SkillsCertifications: PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of backend, frontend, or full-stack development.
Client Experience: Experience working with both enterprise and SMB clients.
