Regional Sales Manager - Industrial Power Transmission (Remote)

Position OverviewReporting directly to the Regional VP of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a crucial role in driving regional business growth. This fully remote position can be based in any of the following states: IL, MN, WI, SD, ND, IA, NE, MO, or KS.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales growth and profitability within the assigned region.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market insights and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify product development opportunities based on customer feedback and market demands.
Cultivate strong relationships with independent manufacturer sales representatives to promote our product portfolio effectively.
Conduct onsite meetings, presentations, and consultations to expand customer understanding and promote new products.
Manage regional pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams to enhance product visibility and market presence through various channels, including trade shows and networking events.
Travel extensively (up to 60%) to attend client meetings, explore new leads, and participate in industry events.
Required QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to travel up to 60% and possess an active/valid driver's license.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred QualificationsExperience within the bearings and power transmission industry.
Familiarity with CRM software.
