Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise
Are you passionate about driving new business and fostering strong relationships with enterprise clients? We're looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts in the greater Minneapolis / St Paul metro area.
About The RoleAs a Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise, you'll be at the forefront of our business growth, responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Your goal will be to position our company as the preferred supplier within your accounts and to exceed your individual sales targets.
In this role, you'll collaborate with various internal teams to create and deliver compelling sales proposals that meet and surpass client expectations. We value energy, drive, and a genuine desire to build business across a diverse portfolio of accounts. You'll quickly build effective relationships and leverage internal resources to maximize value for each account.

What You'll DoDevelop and manage a successful sales pipeline to achieve and exceed individual sales quotas.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders up to the executive level within your assigned portfolio.
Network within client organizations to influence decision-makers, typically at the C-level.
Serve as an ambassador for our company, articulating and promoting our value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor to your customers.
Prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies, and targets for each account.
Collaborate with internal teams to lead a virtual team in driving and closing sales opportunities.
Take ownership of opportunities and accurately forecast business objectives and outcomes.
What You'll NeedProven track record of success in a similar role, selling high-tech products to enterprise clients.
Ability to network and build relationships at multiple levels within an account, including C-level executives.
Strong knowledge of security technology.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to create and deliver compelling value propositions.
Proven ability to identify and influence key decision-makers.
Success in a quota-driven sales environment at the enterprise level for a minimum of 4-6 years.
Experience In The IT Security Industry Is Preferred.Ability to close solutions and services opportunities ranging from $150k to $1m.
Familiarity with formal sales training methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Miller-Heiman, TAS).
Strong business acumen and professionalism, with demonstrated leadership and accountability qualities.
Experience With Salesforce.com Is Preferred.Why Join Us?
