Position OverviewJoin our team in the construction industry, where your role will be vital in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. We value a customer-focused, adaptable approach and a continuous desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from account research to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both prospects and existing clients to promote software, services, and related solutions.
  • Identify client needs and opportunities to enhance productivity through our offerings.
  • Lead account strategy sessions engaging clients, prospects, and internal teams.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
  • Enhance industry presence through networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with various teams to secure customer business.
Required Qualifications
  • 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling to construction companies.
  • Strong understanding of construction operations and workflows.
  • Proven sales success with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent business acumen to engage in high-level conversations.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Proficient in managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% once travel risks are manageable.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Year 1 total compensation (base salary commissions) ranges from $90,000 to $180,000 .
