Job Title: Sales Professional - Payroll and HR Services
Are you an experienced sales professional looking for a rewarding opportunity? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals for a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential. In your first year, you could earn between $80,000 to $90,000 (including commissions)!
Position OverviewThis role focuses on new business development. You'll generate leads through a mix of self-directed cold calls and support from our marketing and inside sales teams. If you're energetic, outgoing, and have experience in business development, account management, or B2B sales, we encourage you to apply!
What You'll EnjoyUncapped Commission Potential: Earn commissions from day one, with same-month pay—no waiting period!

Essential DutiesEngage in cold calling and marketing our payroll and HR products to businesses.
Drive new business development through direct prospecting and networking.
Schedule and conduct presentations/demos with executives and decision-makers using platforms like Zoom, Skype, and Google Meet.
Manage deals and accounts using our CRM system.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications2 years of B2B sales experience.
2 years of lead generation and business development experience.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Familiarity with online video meeting platforms is a plus.
Experience with sales CRM systems is desired.
