Position OverviewAs an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client base. This position offers the flexibility of remote work for the ideal candidate.
Key ResponsibilitiesCultivate and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts.
Identify opportunities for program enhancement within client organizations.
Drive new business development through proactive prospecting efforts.
Facilitate seamless communication with clients to address inquiries and manage orders effectively.
Conduct thorough product research and provide tailored recommendations, including virtual and physical samples.
Collaborate with clients to leverage our company stores for enhanced merchandise options.
Prepare accurate quotes and manage sales orders efficiently through Salesforce.
Coordinate artwork submissions and approvals in collaboration with our design team.
Collaborate with Account Coordinators to ensure smooth order processing.
Represent the company at presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows as needed.
Perform additional sales-related tasks as assigned to support business objectives.
Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in promotional product sales.
Demonstrated proficiency in client prospecting and business development.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience With CRM/ERP Systems Preferred.Familiarity with Illustrator/Photoshop is advantageous.
Excellent 10-key and typing skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
