DescriptionWe are seeking a small group of Sales and Marketing Managers responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and managing their respective teams to bring our IT Services to Fortune 1000 organizations.

Companies around the world rely on us to provide high-touch, white-glove support for their employees' corporate IT, business software, and mobile devices. Our support includes technical troubleshooting, client access questions, remote configurations, and "how-to" guidance on a variety of topics such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, Access, SharePoint, and more.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales and Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting phone and video interviews with potential sales reps; hiring, onboarding, and training new sales reps.
Overseeing, managing, and mentoring a team of 5-10 sales representatives in their day-to-day sales activities, ensuring they meet or exceed their sales targets.
Executing sales and marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Preparing and delivering regular reports on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
Fostering a high-energy, positive work environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

Location:
Our organizational structure allows Sales and Marketing Managers to work from home 100% of the time.
HoursMonday to Friday, 8am to 6pm ET.
CompensationSalary

Requirements (no Exceptions)Home Environment:
Private home office with a door for confidentiality during work hours.
High-speed, wired internet access (Cable or Fiber Optic only, no DSL or Dish).
Dual monitors.
Desktop computer (not a laptop) running Windows 10 or 11, less than 5 years old.
Active webcam for working hours.
Sales BackgroundMinimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise, B2B sales, preferably in IT or SaaS sales.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Proficient in CRM software and Google Workspace.
Management/LeadershipPrior management experience.
Experience in hiring and firing staff.
