About The RoleAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a crucial role in our mission. You'll engage with investors, business owners, and executives across various industries, conducting consultative discovery calls and scheduling meetings with our Sales Team. These leads will have opted in through our marketing efforts.
Your responsibilities will include prospecting, nurturing pipeline deals, managing meetings, and maintaining CRM updates. You'll be accountable for driving key revenue-generating activities.
ResponsibilitiesProspect for sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and prioritize based on engagement metrics.
Manage inbound meetings and communicate effectively to establish trust and rapport.
Conduct Triage Conversations, Uncovering Prospects' Needs And Qualifications.Set clear expectations and provide valuable resources to prospects pre-meeting.
Maintain regular communication with prospects and internal teams.
Submit daily reports and meeting synopses, ensuring CRM accuracy.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesDemonstrated tenacity and persistence in sales prospecting.
Ability to manage a growing pipeline with professionalism.
Strong understanding of consultative sales principles.
Familiarity with our solutions and their business impact.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional behavior aligned with our company values.
Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Adaptability and ability to learn quickly.
RequirementsPrevious experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in prospecting and cold-calling.
Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability.
Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of the entrepreneurial landscape is a plus.

Estimated workload: 35-40 hours/week. Fully remote with flexible scheduling.
