Sales Development Representative (SDR) SummaryAre you a dynamic, motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in sales? Join us as a Sales Development Representative! In this role, you'll generate leads, call potential clients, lead the discovery process, and book demos for our Sales Team. This is a hybrid opportunity, allowing for both remote and on-site work.
ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Be the first point of contact for new business prospects through cold calling.
Prospecting: Research and identify new leads using various online and industry-specific searches.
Sales Funnel Management: Move prospects through the top of the sales funnel by setting appointments for the sales team.
Follow-ups: Check in with prospects who missed their scheduled demos and reschedule as necessary.
Decision Maker Identification: Identify key decision-makers within prospects.
CRM Updates: Keep our sales tools (such as Sugar CRM and SalesLoft) updated with the latest information.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline.
Skill Development: Continuously hone your sales skills to become an exceptional SDR.
Process Improvement: Suggest ways to improve our processes or products to add value to our clients.
