The Opportunity
Join our sales team and help us discover and secure new projects with customers who can benefit from our innovative solutions. You will develop sales strategies and account plans to help our customers achieve their goals, build strong relationships with customers and partners, and guide our commercial teams through the sales process.
This role is perfect for someone who understands how airports and airline companies use software to grow and improve their operations and who is eager to work with and lead teams of talented individuals. We offer an environment of continuous learning, change, and mutual support.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, establish, and develop strategic business relationships with new customers to secure profitable new business in line with our business plan.
Maintain and develop relationships with current partners and alliances to support the sales process.
Achieve targets related to licensing revenue, service margins, and other applicable goals.
Lead and support professional services teams, solutions architects, and pre-sales teams.
Promote and sell our software and services to secure new customers in line with targets.
Manage and execute product presentations and bids as needed.
Develop, execute, and lead sales plans, account strategies, and forecasts in line with the agreed opportunity pipeline process.
QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in hunting and developing new accounts at the enterprise level.
Experience in the aviation industry with an established network in aviation, airline, or airport technology.
Strong networking, collaboration, and communication skills within a matrixed organization.
Exposure to consulting and professional services sales and delivery.
