DescriptionIn this role, you will lead a dynamic team of Account Executives, driving our sales and business development strategy. Your strategic vision will be essential in identifying and implementing best practices to enhance our sales process. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and develop talent. Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of 7-10 Account Executives. Set clear expectations based on KPIs, sales targets, and specific goals.
Inspiration & Development: Inspire and motivate your team while supporting their personal and career growth.
Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and winning team environment.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with the VP of Sales to develop and refine sales goals and targets. Offer insights and feedback to help achieve or exceed these targets.
Market Insights: Provide valuable market feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Sales Tools & Processes: Utilize and enhance existing sales tools, and develop new ones to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices to continually improve the sales process.

Sales Expertise: Deep understanding of sales concepts, practices, and procedures.
Judgment & Planning: Use extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals effectively.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for listening and writing.

Education & Requirements
Degree: Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: 3 years of leadership and management experience with teams of 7 sales professionals.
Track Record: Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Tech Skills: Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Google Sheets, and other relevant technologies preferred.
Industry Experience: Familiarity with B2B SaaS and martech/salestech software is a plus (e.g., CMO’s, sales ops, marketing ops).
