Here's a Glimpse Of What You'll DoContent Creation & Management:
Develop engaging content (emails, slides, brochures) using pre-designed templates.
Maintain a searchable content library and support website content strategy.
Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality visuals.
Market Research & Competitor AnalysisStay ahead of the curve by monitoring RFP alerts and competitor activity.
Conduct research to support strategic decision-making.
CRM Management & AnalyticsKeep our CRM organized and up-to-date.
Support account strategists in leveraging the CRM effectively.
Analyze website traffic and event metrics to measure success.
Event SupportPartner with event organizers to ensure seamless execution.
Maximize sponsorship benefits and support speakers.
Assist with staff travel logistics and booth setup/breakdown.
To Be Successful, You'll BringProven experience as a Sales and/or Marketing Coordinator.
Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, and LinkedIn.
A knack for content creation and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
A passion for learning and a desire to make a positive impact.
