Remote Regional Sales Manager
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area (Remote)
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Remote Regional Sales Manager to join our team! If you have a background in sales within the electronic manufacturing industry and reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, we would love to hear from you.
About The RoleAs a Remote Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy, aiming to expand our market presence within Dallas, Fort Worth, and the surrounding regions. Your expertise will help us reach new heights in market penetration and customer acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesSurpass regional sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Strategize and oversee all sales activities within your assigned region.
Maintain continuous engagement with key accounts while identifying and pursuing new prospects.
Collaborate with the Sales Leadership Team to develop the Annual Regional Budget and generate region-specific reports and forecasts.
Manage personal sales performance and ensure visibility through consistent use of the CRM system.
Demonstrate a driven, strategic, and proactive approach to expanding the customer base.
Engage in regular discussions with Internal Operations Staff to recommend updates and improvements in design, pricing structure, and general policy.
Be prepared to travel locally and nationwide as needed.
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of 3 years in sales and business development within the manufacturing sector, with a preference for experience in the electronic component industry.
At least 2 years of experience working closely with distributors and manufacturers' representatives, ideally in a supervisory role.
Proven track record of acquiring new accounts and expanding product lines with existing clients.
High-energy self-starter with strategic plans for broadening the company's reach.
Independent worker who proactively seeks new client interactions.
Exceptional verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
Ability to travel 4 days/week - a company car will be provided.
