Regional Sales Manager Opportunity in the Manufacturing Sector Are you an experienced sales professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing company? We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team, focusing on the Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding areas. Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve Sales Targets: Surpass regional sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Strategic Oversight: Strategize and oversee all sales activities within the assigned region. Account Management: Maintain continuous engagement with key accounts while identifying and pursuing new prospects. Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Leadership Team to develop the Annual Regional Budget and generate region-specific reports and forecasts. CRM Utilization: Manage personal sales performance and visibility through consistent use of the CRM system. Customer Expansion: Exhibit a driven, strategic, and proactive approach in expanding the customer base. Operational Coordination: Engage in regular discussions with Internal Operations Staff to recommend updates and improvements in design, pricing structure, and general policy. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel locally is essential. QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory. Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales and business development, specifically in the manufacturing sector, with a preference for experience in the electronic component industry. Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience working closely with distributors and manufacturers' representatives, ideally in a supervisory role. Account Acquisition: Strong emphasis on acquiring new accounts and customers, and expanding product lines with existing clients. Proactive Attitude: High-energy self-starter with strategic plans for broadening the company's reach. Independent Worker: Proactively seeks new client interactions. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and digital communication skills are essential.
