Job Responsibilities
Engage New Prospects: Act as the initial point of contact for new account prospects, primarily through cold-calling and email outreach.
Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with our wholesale partners, pitch our products, and serve as their main contact for inquiries, order placements, status updates, and promotional opportunities.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Identify account leads, report on progress, and provide expected close dates.
Collaborate on Sales Targets: Work closely with the sales team to identify new leads and create and achieve sales targets.
Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
QualificationsPassion for Our Brand: A strong desire to sell products you believe in.
Independent and Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Sales Experience: Proven track record in cold-calling, opening new accounts, and maintaining high-level customer service.
Technical Requirements: Must have a laptop and reliable high-speed internet.
Industry Experience: Experience in the outdoor or juvenile products industry is strongly preferred.
Travel: Ability to travel 1-2 times per year if needed.
