What We DoYour Role:
As a valued member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in:
Crafting and executing email marketing strategies and lead nurturing initiatives to drive toward company's lead and revenue objectives.
Conducting A/B testing to enhance email engagement and conversion rates, while adeptly analyzing and reporting on test results.
Segmentation and management of email lists for effective campaign execution.
Proficiency in creating and designing email templates, with HTML skills.
Technical expertise in building email campaigns, including segmentation, filtering, and multi-touch approaches.
Developing and implementing email automation through CRM integration.
Generating detailed email reports and delivering insightful analyses to stakeholders.
Establishing and managing social media presence to bolster brand and product awareness, resulting in lead generation.
Monitoring, reporting, and evaluating performance across digital marketing campaigns against predetermined goals and KPIs.
Conceptualizing innovative growth strategies across email, social, and other owned media channels.
Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize landing pages and enhance user experience.
Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and recommendations for adopting and testing new approaches.
What You'll BringProven experience in email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and analytics.
Extensive familiarity with email marketing and automation tools; Hubspot experience is advantageous.
Track record of successfully managing complex projects across multiple functional areas.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively at senior management levels and across diverse teams.
Strong communication skills to articulate vision, set aligned goals, and deliver persuasive presentations.
Talent acquisition and development expertise, with a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Customer-centric approach, driving customer loyalty, managing expectations, and ensuring commitments are met.
Business acumen, strategic agility, and the ability to drive change and influence others effectively.
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred.
7-10 years of directly related experience, with at least 5 years in a management role.
Demonstrated success in building and maintaining effective working relationships at senior management levels.
Pay Range: $87,950- $135,300 Annually
