Job SummaryWe're seeking a Senior Director of Growth, Ecommerce to join our team and drive our online sales to new heights. In this role, you'll lead all aspects of our ecommerce business, focusing on growth initiatives across various platforms to achieve our ambitious goal of reaching $100M in online sales. You'll be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive growth strategies, with a keen eye on revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention, and optimizing the customer journey. We're looking for a dynamic leader who can blend analytical prowess with creative vision, adapting seamlessly to the ever-evolving digital landscape.
ResponsibilitiesLeadership and E-commerce Strategy:
Manage a diverse growth team, both in-house and external, to ensure optimal performance across marketing channels.
Take ownership of the entire Ecommerce P&L, overseeing everything from performance marketing strategy to product catalog management.
Develop and execute growth and testing roadmaps to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
Adapt strategies and priorities to meet evolving business needs and seize new opportunities.
Foster strong project management practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with other teams to provide insights and inputs for enhancing customer experience and brand messaging.
AcquisitionCollaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies to drive new customer acquisition through paid marketing and media channels.
Track and analyze spending and performance metrics, optimizing ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
Continuously refine paid media channels for funnel optimization and improved KPIs.
Explore and manage new channels to support our growth strategy.
Retention And Long-Term GrowthDevelop and implement a retention strategy to enhance customer lifetime value through repeat purchases and reduced churn.
Oversee email, direct mail, and SMS channels, implementing cross-functional retention initiatives.
Conduct A/B experiments to optimize retention and LTV.
Provide insights on cross-functional strategies from a customer retention perspective.
WebsiteLead the strategic roadmap for our web presence, focusing on content, merchandising, SEO, and UX/UI enhancements.
Optimize site navigation and path-to-purchase through A/B testing.
Own and optimize product catalog and merchandising strategies.
MarketplacesServe as the channel lead for Amazon and other marketplaces.
Collaborate with agencies and in-house resources to maximize scale and performance on these platforms.
Manage projects to enhance marketplace site aesthetics, functionality, and conversion rates.
RequirementsDedication to our company's community values.
7-10 years of experience in ecommerce, digital performance marketing, and growth marketing, ideally within retail.
Proven track record of scaling ecommerce businesses to significant revenue milestones.
Proficiency in analytics and attribution methodologies.
Experience in team leadership and management in a high-growth environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
Willingness to adapt to changing startup conditions.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $190,000
