Job Title: Senior Field Marketing Manager
Job OverviewAs the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will create and implement a comprehensive field marketing strategy for North America. This role focuses on driving pipeline progression and closing business through various event types, including sponsored conferences, membership activations, and account-based initiatives. You will work closely with sales leaders, campaign managers, and other internal stakeholders to foster alignment and enable pipeline growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Director of Demand Generation & Advertising to design and execute a North America Field Marketing strategy, aimed at driving pipeline growth across the region.
Utilize reporting tools to communicate the performance of marketing programs and activities to Sales and Marketing stakeholders, ensuring alignment with targets and performance metrics.
Develop repeatable processes that enable business scalability across the assigned region.
Expand field operations by hands-on execution while mentoring and coaching the team to maximize efficiency.
Partner with the sales team on strategy, targeting, and account approaches for thematic field initiatives.
Create pre- and post-event sales enablement materials to drive qualified pipeline, open opportunities, and accelerate closing business.
Lead the strategy for executing data-driven integrated field programs in partnership with other marketing teams, ensuring alignment with strategic market moments to extend reach.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and industry organizations, to drive customer engagement and generate leads.
Develop and implement measurement plans to evaluate the effectiveness of field marketing programs and campaigns, adjusting as necessary to optimize performance.
Ensure all field marketing efforts are aligned with the company's overall brand, mission, and values.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6 years of experience in field marketing or a closely related field, including direct responsibility for field marketing services.
Preferred: Experience in designing and delivering B2B SaaS field marketing frameworks.
Proven success in developing and executing lead generation and sales enablement marketing plans, particularly within account-based marketing frameworks.
Strong track record of collaborating with sales leaders, regional teams, and other key stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with remote management.
Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Strong demand generation experience, building multi-touch, integrated campaigns.
Excellent strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Compensation & BenefitsSalary range in the US: $101,000.00 - $172,000.00
Discretionary bonus typically paid annually.
Restricted Stock Units granted at the time of hire.
