Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Marketing Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our marketing strategy, collaborating with various departments to analyze key metrics, develop insightful reports, and present recommendations to our executive team. This position demands strong organizational skills, analytical prowess, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to track media investment, digital performance metrics, and sales objectives.
Lead the development of monthly performance trackers to identify market opportunities and trends.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop materials and presentations for executive updates.
Provide budget planning support and assist in the preparation of governance meetings.
Analyze sales conversion opportunities and liaise with data science teams for insights.
Serve as the primary contact for marketing and trade associations to stay abreast of industry trends.
QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred, with at least 10 years of related marketing experience.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong Leadership Abilities With Prior Supervisory Experience Preferred.Familiarity with automotive strategy and market research activities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Work Model(80% Onsite / 20% Remote)
Compensation$137,025.00 - $203,000.00 Annual
