Position: Senior Marketing Data Analyst (REMOTE)
Location: Remote
Duration: 9 Months
Job Description:Are you a seasoned data analyst with a passion for driving marketing strategies? We are seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our team and lead data-driven decision-making in our omni-channel marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be pivotal in analyzing complex marketing data, deriving actionable insights, and
optimizing programs to maximize ROI and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Use advanced data analysis techniques and tools to analyze omni-channel marketing data, including digital, offline, and integrated campaigns. Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Campaign Performance: Assess the performance of omni-channel marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, PPC, SEO, traditional media) to evaluate effectiveness and impact on key metrics.
Customer Journey Analysis: Analyze the customer journey across multiple touchpoints and channels to understand behavior, preferences, and interactions. Make data-driven recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage data insights to create audience segments, develop personalized messaging strategies, and implement targeted marketing campaigns.
Omni-Channel Attribution: Develop attribution models to accurately attribute conversions and ROI to various marketing channels. Inform budget allocation and resource optimization decisions.
Data Visualization: Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations to communicate marketing performance, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and IT, to align data analytics efforts with business goals and drive strategic initiatives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and data analytics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the analytics function.
Required Skills:Tableau: Proficiency in using Tableau to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns (3-4 years).
Campaign Monitoring: Experience in monitoring and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, leveraging data insights from your own SQL queries (3-4 years).
Google Analytics: Mastery of Google Analytics to track, analyze, and interpret website and campaign data (4 years).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel. Familiarity with GitHub and Jira (or similar ticketing platforms) is a plus.
