Senior Product Marketing Manager - Platform
Are you passionate about launching innovative products in the SaaS industry? Join our dynamic Product Marketing team and play a pivotal role in bringing new platform innovations to market. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll oversee the product lifecycle from development to launch and maturity, with a strong focus on go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
Go-to-Market ReadinessLead the introduction of B2B products to the SaaS market.
Implement product-led GTM strategies, including positioning, messaging, use case creation, pricing and packaging, data analysis, buyer personas, and more.
Communicate and coordinate GTM strategy execution cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company goals and expectations.
Define and track GTM key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve revenue targets and boost product adoption.
Develop marketing and sales programs to generate ongoing revenue streams.
Create and lead integrated marketing plans for successful product launches and adoption.
Cross-Functional CollaborationWork with cross-functional teams, including Product, Research and Development, Pricing & Packaging, Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Program Management, and Customer Success, to ensure successful product launches.
Collaborate with Product Management to influence the product roadmap and explore new revenue opportunities.
Partner with Program Management and Launch Management teams to establish best practices and processes for the development-to-launch (D2L) process and product lifecycle frameworks (PLC).
Performance MeasurementRegularly analyze and communicate business performance metrics and insights, including adoption metrics and progress toward D2L goals, to key stakeholders.
Conduct market and competitive landscape analysis, buyer insights, willingness to pay, win/loss analysis, segmentation, ICP, TAM/SAM, and pricing and packaging evaluations.
What You'll Need
Minimum QualificationsUndergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
6 years of experience in roles related to product marketing, including product management, marketing, and/or sales.
Proven experience in leading and launching new products in highly collaborative environments.
Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.
Preferred QualificationsAbility to operate at a strategic level while also executing tactical tasks.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional launch management skills.
Ability to influence key stakeholders, demonstrating strong emotional intelligence and collaboration across multiple disciplines.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with executives, management, and teams.
Proficiency in leveraging business analytics and data analysis to gain insights and make informed decisions.
Travel Requirements & Working Conditions
Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests.
Reliable internet access for any remote work, as we support flexible work arrangements.
How You'll Be Rewarded
Salary range in the US: $101,000.00 - $172,000.00
Additional Compensation: Discretionary annual bonus and Restricted Stock Units granted at hire.
Benefits: Comprehensive employee benefits package, including a 401(k) match.
The salary range represents the spectrum for this role in the US and may vary based on location and other factors. Your actual salary offer will consider your skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
