Get It Recruit - Marketing is Hiring a Remote Senior Sales Manager - Remote | WFH

Position Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development, the Senior Sales Manager is the primary point of contact for customer communication regarding our product portfolio. This highly visible role is responsible for increasing sales by strengthening relationships with current customers and showcasing our value to attract new ones. We seek an individual with the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and a strong ability to deliver results.
Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned accounts.
Identify new sales opportunities for both new products and new customers.
Conduct pre-trip analysis and planning as well as post-trip summaries of customer meetings and next steps.
Collaborate with team members to address all product line issues, including production, engineering, delivery, sales, and quality.
Prepare regular updates on business performance and work with all departments to resolve customer issues.

Preferred QualificationsMinimum of three (3) years of sales experience with proprietary engineered products (aerospace is a plus); manufacturing or design engineering experience is a plus.
Experience in technical sales, engineering, finance, and operations is desirable.
Aerospace Or Industrial Experience Is Preferred.CRM experience in summarizing customer information and providing clear communication on next steps required to close deals.
Proven track record of achieving results in current and prior positions.
References validating proven performance are required.
