Role OverviewAs a Marketing Content Senior Specialist, you'll be instrumental in connecting with our diverse customer base and attracting new clients through impactful content creation and delivery. Your role will involve collaborating closely with subject matter experts to refine messaging, crafting compelling content across various mediums, and ensuring impeccable quality standards. ResponsibilitiesCollaborative Editing (40%): Partner with subject matter experts to refine customer messaging, ensuring alignment with our brand's voice and values. Content Creation (40%): Develop engaging content that showcases our solutions to customer challenges, utilizing diverse mediums such as print, video, tradeshows, and digital platforms. Proofreading (20%): Thoroughly review materials to maintain consistency with style and formatting guidelines, upholding our commitment to quality. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials for supplier partner marketing programs, contributing to sales opportunities and growth. Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with key stakeholders to implement sales promotions and marketing campaigns, from concept development to execution across various channels. Data Analysis: Monitor customer engagement and marketing campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement. QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. 4-6 years of experience in product, solution, or field marketing, preferably in a Fortune 500 company. Strong understanding of marketing strategy and implementation, including multi-channel marketing best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and succinctly. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a customer-centric approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic to intermediate HTML or WordPress skills. Creative thinker with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work autonomously. Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.
