Position SummaryAs a Senior Product Manager, you'll drive the end-to-end delivery of web-based and mobile application products with moderate to high complexity. This role includes creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product requirements and roadmaps, and initiating and managing supporting projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Collaboration: Drive alignment within cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, QA, and customer service) to build a product that fulfills a strategic vision and enhances the customer experience.
Product Management Practices: Utilize agile, scrum, Kanban, waterfall, and iterative development methods to build a product that aligns with the strategic vision.
Customer Insights: Gather customer inputs through usability studies, consumer panels, and market research to improve user experience and guide the product roadmap.
Documentation: Author product requirement documents (PRDs), business requirement documents (BRDs), and functional specifications using tools like Aha, JIRA, Atlassian, or Rally.
Project Tracking: Work with cross-functional teams, tracking project progress by prioritizing features and ensuring completion using tools like Asana, Invision, and Zeplin.
Product Analysis: Conduct product analysis and optimization using A/B testing, sentiment analysis, and data analysis tools such as Apptentive, AppFollow, Adobe Target, and Firebase.
Technical Understanding: Demonstrate technical understanding of hardware and software integration to drive informed feature development and product requirements.
UX Design: Contribute deep user experience design expertise to provide oversight and coaching to app design team members regarding UI optimization, user navigation, and accessibility.
Skills And QualificationsEducation: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience.
Product Management: Experience eliciting and authoring functional software requirements, maintaining product roadmaps, and managing consumer-facing software products.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of modern mobile app technology, including smartphone capabilities, iOS and Android OS, and API integration.
UX Design: Experience in UX design, including creating user flows, wireframes, visual design, UI specifications, and interactive prototypes.
Optimization and Analytics: Proficient in using customer research techniques and software analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Amplitude.
Additional InformationTravel: Up to 20% domestic travel required.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation: $174,325.00 - $213,900.00 per year. Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as location, qualifications, and experience.
